The primary responsibility of a Busser is to enhance the Guest’s experience by cleaning and re-setting tables in the dining room.
The secondary responsibility of Busser is to assist the Servers by pre bussing, table maintenance, and whatever is necessary to take great care of their Guest.
A qualified Busser will know the table numbers and the position points at each table and will take care of any Guest’s need, if asked, directly or indirectly.
